Educational Qualifications
- Deputy General Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15 years of experience, of which 5 years should be at the senior management level.
- General Manager (Finance/CFO): Chartered Accountant (CA) with 18 years of experience, of which 5 years should be at the senior management level
Assistant General Manager (Technology): B.E./B.Tech/ MCA/ Postgraduate in IT with 12 years of experience in IT vendor management in the banking/financial sector. - Senior Manager (Products & Solutions): MBA with 6 years of experience in retail/digital banking product management.
- Chief Compliance Officer: Graduate (CA/CS/MBA preferred) with 18 years of experience, including 5 years in compliance/risk management.
- Chief Operating Officer: Graduate with 18 years of operational experience in banking, NBFCs, or payment solutions, with a minimum of 10 years leading large teams.
Age Limit
- Candidates’ age limit should be a Minimum of 32 years and a Maximum of 55 years.
