- Section Officer: Graduate with a Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application/Office Management/Accounts.
- Semi-Professional Assistant: Graduate with B. Lib. Sc./B.L.I. Sc. and a computer course.
- Laboratory Assistant: 12th class pass with Science subjects or Graduate in a relevant subject.
- Junior Assistant: 12th pass with a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
- Driver: 12th class pass with a valid driving license and 3 years of driving experience.
- MTS – Laboratory Attendant: 10th class pass with Science subjects.
- Library Attendant: 10th class pass with a Certificate in Library Science.
- MTS – Sports Attendant: 10th class pass or ITI equivalent.
