- Associate Professor: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, Master’s with 55% marks, 8 years of teaching/research experience, and 7 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals
- Assistant Professor: PG with 55% marks, NET/SET/SLET qualification, or Ph.D. as per UGC regulations
