• Stenographer Grade-III: Degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science passed Punjabi language as one of the subjects in Matriculation proficiency in computers including Word Processing and Spreadsheet with minimum typing speed of 80 W.P.M. in English Shorthand and 20 W.P.M. in transcription of the same.

Selection Process

• Clerk: Selection process will be based to appear various steps written test as well as Computer, Proficiency Test including Spreadsheet, Word Processing and also having a speed of 30 W.P.M. in English typing. The written Exam will be conducted on 29 March 2025.
• Stenographer Grade-III: Selection process includes an English shorthand test at a speed of 80 W.P.M. and 20 W.P.M. in Transcription of the same as well as a Computer Proficiency Test including spreadsheets, Word Processing, etc as per notification, which will be held on 30 March 2025.
• No T.A./D.A. will be paid to the candidates for the Written/C.P.T./Shorthand test purpose.
