- Senior Secondary (XII) with 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.).
- Senior Secondary (XII) with 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Special Education.
- Graduation Degree with 2 year Diploma in Elementary Education.
- Graduation Degree (50% marks) and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- Additional requirement: Teacher Eligibility Test (TET), studied in the relevant medium at Secondary level (not applicable for language subjects like Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi etc.)
