Contract posts (Section-A) – Initially for 3 years (extendable by 2 years)
- Junior Technical Manager (Civil): B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering + Two years post-qualification experience.
- Junior Technical Manager (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + 2 years experience.
- Junior Technical Manager (S&T): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Communications + 2 years experience.
- Junior Technical Manager (Rolling Stock): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics + Two years experience.
- Assistant Technical Manager (Architecture): Bachelor of Architecture + 4 years experience.
- Assistant Technical Manager (Database Admin): B.E./B.Tech (any) or MCA + Oracle DBA Certification + 4 years experience.
Regular Posts (Section-B) – Permanent Posts
- Assistant Manager (Procurement): B.E./B.Tech (any) + 4 years experience (min. 2 years in procurement).
- Assistant Manager (General): Degree (any discipline) + 4 years experience (private sector candidates must have a CTC of ₹9LPA+).

Selection Process
- The selection process will be of three stages – Computer Based Test (CBT), Personal Interview followed by Medical Examination as per the medical standard applicable to the respective post.
