- Junior Stenographer (Advocate General): Bachelor’s Degree + 80 WPM shorthand speed in English & Odia + Computer knowledge.
- Junior Stenographer (Treasuries & Inspection): +2 in Arts/ Science/ Commerce + 80 WPM shorthand speed + Computer knowledge.
- Junior Grade Typist: HSC or equivalent + Basic Computer Skills.
- Typist-cum-Scribe Assistant: +2 in any discipline + 40 WPM typing speed in English & 20 WPM in Odia + Basic Computer Skills.
