Educational Qualifications
- Engineering Disciplines (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, IT): A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant Engineering Stream.
- HR: Graduate with a 2-year MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel.
- Environment: Degree in Environmental Engineering or PG in Environmental Science/Engineering.
- Geology: M.Sc/M.Tech. in Geology/Applied Geology/Geophysics or Engineering Geology.
- Finance: CA/ICWA-CMA or 02-year MBA with Finance.
- Law: Graduate degree in Law (03 year LLB or 5-year integrated).
Age Limit
- Candidates age limit should be 30 years.
- Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rules.

Salary Details
- Executive Trainee Pay Scale ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 during training. After training, Executive Trainees will become Engineers/Officers with a 3% salary increase, with Benefits including HRA, PF, medical, performance pay, etc.

- Computer-Based Test (CBT): 75% weightage
- Group Discussion: 10% weightage
- Personal Interview – 15% weightage
