- Typing Speed Test: 35 words per minute on a computer (10500 Key Depressions per hour).
- Candidates must have MTS with 8 years of regular service or Skilled Contingency Staff with 12 years of continuous service.
- Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA): Class 10/ITI Passed Minimum Qualification Service: Casual Skilled Driver with 10 years service or Helper with 6 years regular service.
