DME AP Recruitment 2024: The Directorate of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh published a notification for 158 posts of Tutor in Government Medical Colleges and Teaching Hospitals under the Directorate of Medical Education and 241 posts of Senior Resident in New Medical Colleges (Paderu, Markapur, Madanapalli, Adoni & Pulivendula) under the Directorate of Medical Education, A.P.

Eligible candidates can apply online through the online link given on the website dme.ap.nic.in from 4 May 2024 to 15 May 2024.

DME AP Job 2024 Notification @Apply Online 399 Tutor, Senior Resident Posts

Before applying, the candidates should carefully check the notification of the DME Andhra Pradesh, and all instructions regarding applying online. The age of general category candidates should not be more than 42 years, EWS/SC/ST/BC candidates should not be more than 47 years, PWD candidates should not be more than 52 years, and Ex-servicemen candidates should not be more than 50 years. Reservation rules will be applicable as per Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Services rules.

Educational Qualifications

For Tutor Posts candidates must have passed the MBBS degree examination or its equivalent examination (as per the MCI Act, 1956 as amended from time to time and from a College recognized by the Medical Council of India), and For the Senior Resident Posts as per the Teacher Eligibility Qualification in Medical Institutions Regulations, 2022 Medical post-graduate degree MD/MS//DNB/MDS in the concerned specialty Registered in the AP Medical Council.

DME AP Age Limit

• Candidates’ age limit should be Maximum 44 years.
• Age Relaxation: – SC/ ST /OBC/PWD/ PH Candidates Relaxation as per Government Rules.

• For the General candidates shall have to pay the application fee of Rs.1000/-
• For the BC, SC, EWS, ST, Ex-servicemen candidates shall have to pay the application fee of Rs.500/-

• Disability Certificate to that extent, issued by the concerned medical board or SADAREM.
• Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/BC or Social Status (for candidates claiming EWS) Certificate issued by Competent authority.
• If the caste certificate is NOT submitted, then such a candidate is considered as OC.
• Meritorious sports certificates in case of claiming the sports quota.
