- Assistant Manager (1st Class): Coal Mines Manager’s Competency Certificate and a Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering, 01 years of experience in Opencast Coal/Lignite mining projects.
- Assistant Manager (2nd Class): Class Coal Mines Manager’s Competency Certificate and a Degree/Diploma in Mining Engineering, 01 years of experience in Opencast Coal/Lignite mining projects.
- Mines Surveyor: Requires a Coal Mine Surveyor’s Competency Certificate, and 02 years of experience in Opencast Coal/Lignite mining projects.
- Mining Sirdar: Requires an Overman or Mining Sirdar Competency Certificate.
