- Accountant-cum-Clerk: Graduation, knowledge of accounts and computer skills.
- Nurse / Ward Boy Nurses: ANM qualification, Ward Boy: 8th pass
- Peer Teacher : Former drug user with 1-2 years of abstinence and willingness to work in drug prevention
