- Technician Fitter (Trainee) Cat. III: ITI pass (2-year course) in Fitter Trade + Trade Certificate (NCVT/SCVT) + 1-year Apprenticeship Certificate.
- Technician Electrician (Trainee) Cat. III: ITI pass (2-year course) in Electrician Trade + Trade Certificate (NCVT/SCVT) + 1-year Apprenticeship Certificate.
- Technician Welder (Trainee) Cat. II: ITI pass in Welder Trade + Trade Certificate (NCVT/SCVT) + 1-year Apprenticeship Certificate.

Selection Process
- In the selection process, candidates will be called for document verification after passing the Computer Based Test (CBT). The CBT will carry 100 marks which includes 70 marks for Technical Knowledge (Section A) and 30 marks for General Knowledge, Reasoning and Aptitude (Section B) for which the exam duration will be 90 minutes, in which there will be no negative marking. To be selected, candidates will have to obtain the following minimum qualifying marks which are as follows
- UR/EWS: 50 marks.
- SC/ST/OBC-NCL/ESM/PwBD: 40 marks
