RCFL Management Trainee Recruitment 2024: The Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) has published the notification no. 01062024 for online application recruitment for eligible candidates for 158 posts of Management Trainee on the official website. Interested and eligible candidates can submit their online form from 8 June 2024 to 1 July 2024 through the online link given on the official website.
The application fee is non-refundable for the candidates and candidates can pay the fee through an internet banking account or credit/debit card. No other mode of payment of the application fee will be accepted. Application fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
RCFL Recruitment 2024 Notification Out @Apply Online for Management Trainee 158 Posts
Candidates selected for the post of Management Trainee will undergo training for one year for which they will be paid a stipend of Rs. 30,000/- per month. After the appointment to the posts at Trombay/ Thal, a free accommodation facility will be provided in the Company’s hostel. During the training period, they will be provided hostel accommodation/quarters on a sharing basis (free of cost).
Medical facilities for the candidates will be provided at RCF Hospital and the available sports complex facility will be provided by RCF Ltd. Management Trainees posted at places other than Trombay and Thal (Marketing Area Offices) will be given a fixed allowance at the rate of Rs. 2500/- per month for boarding, lodging, and local travel expenses. They will be provided with medical treatment and accident insurance for themselves.
