Community Health Officers (CHOs) in the Health and Wellness Centre in National Health Mission, Bihar will be paid up to Rs.40000/- per month. Out of the monthly payment given, Rs.32000/- will be a fixed pay scale, and an additional Rs.8000/- will be given on a performance basis.
