TANGEDCO Apprentice Recruitment 2024: Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) has published a notification for online application from eligible Diploma holders in Engineering (passed during 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023) 500 posts for Technician (Diploma) Apprentice (Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Engineering/ Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973.

TANGEDCO Recruitment Notification Out 2024 for Apply Online Technician Apprentice 500 Posts
Guidelines given under the Apprentices Act on reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD are to be followed. Candidates who are claiming reservation under SC/ST/OBC/PWD are required to submit the certificate issued by the Government, failing which the candidates will not be given reservation. BC/MBC, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category candidates are required to bring an OBC (NCL) certificate as per approved (OBC (NCL)) format from the certificate issuing authority. In horizontal reservation, 10% reservation will be given to TANGEDCO/TANTRANSCO ward candidates.
