Educational Qualifications
- Ex-servicemen (pension holders) or ex-women employees (including premature retirees) of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and State Forest Departments. Minimum 20 years of service in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change/State Forest Department.

Age Limit
- Candidates’ age limit should be Enrolment has to be done within 5 years from the date of retirement. JCOs can serve till 55 years and Other Ranks (OR) can serve till 50 years.
