Educational Qualifications
- Supervisor (Mechanical): Three-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI (NTC) in relevant trades (Welding, Sheet Metal, Fitter, etc.)
Minimum 7 years of experience for diploma holders, 15 years of experience for ITI holders in shipbuilding, engineering, or marine-related industries, with the last 2-3 years in a supervisory role. - Supervisor (Electrical): 3 year Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or ITI (NTC) in Electrical/Electronics trades.
- Experience: Similar experience requirements as the Mechanical Supervisor post.
Supervisor (Painting): A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a Three-year Diploma in Engineering ITI (NTC) in any trade. - Experience: 7+ years for degree holders, 15+ years for ITI holders, with the last 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
Supervisor (HSE – Health, Safety, and Environment): 3-year Diploma in any stream of engineering and a one-year Diploma in Industrial Safety Engineering. - Experience: 5 years in health, safety, and environmental management in industries like shipyard, marine, oil & gas, or manufacturing.

- Final Merit List: Performance in the written examination and skill tests, the final merit list will be prepared.Phase I – Written Test: Objective Test (20 marks) and Descriptive Test (60 marks).
- The written test includes General Knowledge, English, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude, along with discipline-related questions.
